Industrial air horns up to 1km/0.5 mile range
CA Industrial Air Horn
This extremely compact horn operates from air, nitrogen, or CO2, with a 3/8” NPT inlet to produce 132 ± 1 dBA @ 1 metre. The fundamental frequency is 745Hz ± 20 Hz and the horn is supplied in powder coat red.
CA-E industrial air horn
This version of the CA Industrial Horn features an integrated manual/electric solenoid combination valve (12 or 24 VDC, 120 or 240 VAC) and wall-mounting bracket for easy installation
S-0A Industrial Air Horn
Based on a proven maritime design in use around the globe, the S-0A industrial air horn provides a very economic solution for punching through background noise with a fundamental frequency of 322 Hz and SPL of 122.5dB at 10ft/3m. Constructed of robust spun brass and bronze, with optional powdercoat finishes. See our Kahlenberg S-0A page for access to a sound clip.
CA2-1R2 Industrial Air Horn
This bi-directional design is perfect for a number of industrial alarm and sound signal applications including engine room and fire alarm signals and for locations where resistance to hazardous and corrosive materials is likely. Based on the CA Industrial Horn, with a fundamental frequency of 745 Hz ± 20Hz, operating temp of -20ºC to +80ºC and SPL of 132 ±1dBA @ 1m.
BI-0A Industrial Air Horn
A bi-directional version of Kahlenberg’s proven S-0A industrial air horn, robustly constructed in spun brass and bronze with just one moving part and optimised design for low air consumption. The BI-0A operates on a wide range of air pressure supplies between 50 to 200 psi, (3.5-14 bar) and produces SPL 122.5dB @ 10 feet/3m at a fundamental frequency of 322Hz.
BI-0A-SC Industrial Air Horn
This version of the BI-0A industrial air horn adds a thermostatically controlled, heated and weatherproof housing primed and painted in grey marine enamel, containing a 120VAC or 240VAC air compressor, completely eliminating the need for external air compressors or associated piping.
